Beginners Acting Classes Taught By Sean Maguire

In this 12 week course, we introduce students to acting and learning the basics of how personalization affects character development and performance. This class will take place over Zoom on Tuesdays from 6:00pm-8:00pm PST.
We will show students new to this industry how to present yourself as a professional actor in a performed scene using practical techniques, learning how to study, analyze a script and prepare a self tape.
We will discuss various aspects of an actors life, how to prepare for an audition, how to find an agent and a manager, how to present yourself where to get professional headshots and the differences between film television and stage acting.
This series is suitable for beginner actors, students interested in learning acting as a hobby, and students interested in sharpening thier skills to prepare for public speaking.
